02Member Eligibility

To register and use the evo888 platform, you must meet the following eligibility requirements without exception:

• Have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.

06Game Rules

General rules that apply to all game types:

• Confirmed and accepted wagers cannot be cancelled or modified.

08Account Closure & Suspension

EVO888 reserves the right to suspend or close any member's account at any time for the following reasons:

• Failure to submit the required KYC verification documents within the specified timeframe.
• Accounts that have been inactive for more than 12 consecutive months with no transaction activity.
• Account closure requested by the member for responsible gaming reasons.

If an account is closed at the member's own request, any valid balance will be returned once all required security checks are completed. If account closure is due to a terms violation, EVO888 reserves the right to forfeit all or part of the existing balance.
